How can I check my balance amount for my Private Transfer Service?

If you book our Private Transfer Service, We will just ask you to pay deposit only to confirm your booking.
and pay rest of money to our driver on your tour date.
Your rest of money (Balance) should be paid in Korean Won Cash.

Here is how to check your balance in Korean Won in advance.
① select 'KRW currency button' on top of product page → ② select 'the option' you want → ③ check the total, balance and deposit in KRW

What is the Refund Policy?

Refund Policy is vary depending on each product.
You can check the policy on 'Refund Policy Tab' in each product page.

▶ All times are based on Korealtrip's Office hour.
▶ 10:00am-18:00pm KST on Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

What is the refund process?

1) PayPal, Credit/ Debit Cards
Confirmation email for Refund will be sent to you within 1day.
and Refund will be completed within 2-3 business days (Depending on your Card company's policy, It is subject to change)

2) Bank Transfer
We will refund you the amount to your bank account that you used to bank wire to Korealtrip.
For International Bank Transfer, It will take about 5-7 business days.
For Korean Bank Transfer, It will take 1 business day.

How do I cancel the booking?

If you want to cancel the booking, Please contact hello@korealtrip.com.

What is Deposit payment?

You just pay 20% of Total amount as deposit, and pay the balance (80%) in Cash to our staff on site.
This deposit payment option is only available for Private Transfer Services at this time.

What are the payment options?

You can make a payment as below options;

1) PayPal, Credit/ Debit Cards
• PayPal : Use your Balance in your PayPal account. PayPal account is required.
• Debit Card : Use your debit card that is activated for international payment (Visa, MasterCard, DISCOVER, AMEX) via PayPal as a guest.
**Please check with the card company to make sure your debit card is activated for international payment
• Credit Card : Use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, DISCOVER, AMEX) via PayPal as a guest.

2) Bank Transfer
Remit Foreign currency
**A remittance charge MUST be paid by remitter. Otherwise, your booking won’t be confirmed.
In addition, Your payment should be received our bank account at least 2 days prior to travel date. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
