You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Koreal Trip.
Where bookings of travel products are made on your behalf through respected service providers, references to “us”, “we”, and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall also mean and include Koreal Trip trading as respected service providers.
These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants (over phone or by email) as well as online bookings you make on our website.
We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other travelers on the booking and that person will bind all such travelers to these terms and conditions.

1. Agency
We act as an agent for, and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transports, accommodations and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, and rail as well as all of our wholesalers.
Any services we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorize us to) make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers.
We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties.
All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers.
We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request.
Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us.
Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us.

2. Conditions of Participation, Obligations of the Participant
Good health is necessary in order to take part in all activities.
The participants are obligated to inform the organizer of any possible health problems.
Under no circumstances may participants take part in the activities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or any similar substances.
The participants are obliged to fulfill the conditions of participation and agree to strictly follow the instructions of the organizer, the guides, activity leader, and assistants.
If the Conditions of Participation are not fulfilled or if instructions are disregarded, the organizer reserves the right to prohibit participation.

3. Insurance
The participants are not insured by the organizer. The participants are obliged to insure that they have sufficient health and accident insurance coverage.

4. Passport and Visas
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of traveling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits.
Children are required to hold individual passports.

5. Complaint by customer
Complaints will be addressed to Koreal Trip by phone during the event and then in written.
If the source of a complaint is a hotel, the complaint should be introduced as soon as possible so that Koreal Trip can solve the issue during the stay of the customer.
In any case, a complaint introduced after the return of the customer to his home country will not be taken into consideration.
Koreal Trip cannot be held responsible for the faults committed by third parties such as hotels, bus companies, guides, restaurants, ferries, rent-a-car, yachting companies and air lines.
Yet Koreal Trip will do all what is in their power to solve the source of the complaint if they have been advised in due time.

6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither Koreal Trip nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

7. Special Requirements
Please liaise with your consultant or, for online bookings, send us an email to helpme@korealtrip.com, regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as group arrangement, package program or disabled access.

8. Prices
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you.
Please note that prices quoted are subject to change.
Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service.
Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

All content included in or made available through any Koreal Trip Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Koreal Trip or its content suppliers and protected by Republic of Korea and international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Koreal Trip Service is the exclusive property of Koreal Trip and protected by Republic of Korea and international copyright laws.

12. Jurisdiction
In case of disagreement between Koreal Trip and its customers, the matter will be submitted to the Supreme Court of Republic of Korea who has the sole power to conclude.
Whatever conclusions will be taken by the Supreme Court of Republic of Korea, this will be the only one that will be taken into consideration.

A. Processing/retention period of personal information

Meanwhile, in the event that a member withdraws from this Website, withdraws his/her consent to the collection of personal information, or requests deletion thereof, the personal information will be immediately destroyed.
