Please check the luggage capacity of your selected vehicle before booking. The number of passengers and luggage must be within the vehicle's stated capacity.

Please also enter the size of your luggage when requested during checkout.

2. Busan Pickup Location

Please provide the full and accurate address of your hotel or accommodation in Busan.

If the vehicle cannot access your accommodation directly, a nearby meeting point will be provided.

3. Seoul Drop-off Location

Please provide the full and accurate address of your hotel or accommodation in Seoul.

Drop-off is available at the provided address, subject to vehicle access.

4. Pickup Time

Please select your preferred departure time when making your reservation.

Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time, as delays may result in additional charges.

5. Travel Time & Traffic

The journey from Busan to Seoul takes approximately 4–5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Please allow extra travel time during weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.

6. Rest Stop

A short break (about 15 mins) at a highway rest area may be provided during the journey.

The exact timing and duration may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

7. Additional Stops

This is a one-way private transfer from Busan to Seoul.

Additional sightseeing stops or detours are not included in the standard transfer. Please contact Koreal Trip in advance if you would like to add stops or customize the route.

How to Use

1. Receive Your Confirmation Voucher
After completing your reservation, your confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 24 hours.
2. Check Your Trip Details
One day before your trip, we will send your driver information and reservation details again via WhatsApp.
3. Meet Your Driver & Depart
On the day of your trip, meet your driver at the designated pickup location and depart for Seoul.

Important:
If there is a remaining balance, please prepare Korean Won cash for payment to the driver.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation 3days before the appointed tour date: 100% refund
• Cancellation 2days or less before the appointed tour date: No refund
