Before You Book
1. Luggage
Please check the luggage capacity of your selected vehicle before booking. The number of passengers and luggage must be within the vehicle's stated capacity.
Please also enter the size and quantity of your luggage when requested during checkout.
2. Busan Accommodation
Please provide the full and accurate address of your hotel or accommodation in Busan.
If the vehicle cannot access your accommodation directly, a nearby meeting point will be provided.
3. Train Information
For transfers from Busan KTX Station to your hotel, please provide your train number and arrival time when making your reservation.
For transfers from your hotel to Busan KTX Station, please provide your train number and departure time when making your reservation.
4. Pickup Time
Please select your preferred pickup time when making your reservation.
For transfers from Busan KTX Station, please select your pickup time based on your train's scheduled arrival time.
Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time, as delays may result in additional charges.

Meet Your Driver

The Busan Station meeting point can be very busy, and heavy traffic is common in this area. Your vehicle may not always be able to stop directly at the meeting point and may be waiting 1β2 minutes away. If you do not see your vehicle at the meeting point, please contact us via WhatsApp.
