Before You Book

1. Choose the Right Vehicle

Please select your vehicle based on both the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. The maximum luggage capacity may vary depending on the vehicle and the number of passengers.

Important: For the Mini Bus, some luggage may be stored in the passenger seating area depending on its size and quantity. As a result, some passengers may need to use folding seats.

2. Check Your Luggage Size

Our luggage capacity is based on standard 24-inch suitcases. If you are travelling with oversized luggage, ski equipment, strollers, or other bulky items, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

3. Meeting Location at Vivaldi Park

There are several buildings within Vivaldi Park, including Sono Belle A, B, C, D, or Sono Felice. Please clearly enter the exact building and meeting location when making your reservation.

4. Allow Enough Travel Time

When selecting your meeting time at Vivaldi Park, please allow approximately 2 to 2.5 hours of travel time to Incheon Airport, depending on traffic. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation 3days before the appointed tour date: 100% refund
• Cancellation 2days or less before the appointed tour date: No refund
• Change of schedule: At least 2days before the original appointed date
