Before You Book
1. Choose the Right Vehicle
Please select your vehicle based on both the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. The maximum luggage capacity may vary depending on the vehicle and the number of passengers.
2. Luggage Size
Our luggage capacity is based on standard 24-inch suitcases. Please check the luggage size guide below and enter the number and size of your luggage accurately when making your reservation.
3. Big Van & Mini Bus
When traveling with a full number of passengers and luggage, some luggage may need to be placed next to the seats. In some cases, passengers may need to use folding seats to accommodate the luggage.
4. Pickup Information
Please provide your hotel/accommodation name, building name, and preferred pickup time accurately when booking. For large resorts or complexes with multiple buildings, please make sure to specify the exact building.
5. Early Morning Pickup
An additional KRW 40,000 surcharge applies to pickups scheduled before 6:00 AM.
6. Vehicle Assignment
The vehicle shown in the booking option may be replaced with a similar vehicle of the same category depending on availability. The assigned vehicle will be confirmed before your trip.
7. Traffic & Travel Time
Travel time between Seoul and Vivaldi Park may vary depending on traffic and road conditions, especially during weekends, holidays, and the winter season. Please allow sufficient travel time when planning your schedule.

How to Use
- 1. Receive Your Confirmation Voucher
After completing your reservation, your confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 24 hours. - 2. Check Your Trip Details
One day before your trip, we will send your driver information and reservation details again via WhatsApp. - 3. Meet Your Driver & Depart
On the day of your trip, meet your driver at the designated pickup location and depart for Vivaldi Park.

2022.12.25The driver will hold a card with your name waiting at the arrival hall. There is a long queue at the immigration and I update Julie through the whatsapp. Fast reply from Korealtrip. They will provide u an update on the driver car plate number and details one day before the trip. Very good service as you will know that someone is out there attend to u immediately when you need help. The car is big and good service from the driver. Will use them again if I go Korea again
