2022.12.25The driver will hold a card with your name waiting at the arrival hall. There is a long queue at the immigration and I update Julie through the whatsapp. Fast reply from Korealtrip. They will provide u an update on the driver car plate number and details one day before the trip. Very good service as you will know that someone is out there attend to u immediately when you need help. The car is big and good service from the driver. Will use them again if I go Korea again
